At Artisfied UG (haftungsbeschränkt) & Co. KG, we attach great importance to the satisfaction of our customers. However, we would like to point out that special rules apply to personalized products.
 

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB), there is no right of cancellation for personalized products. Once the production of an item based on your individual information (e.g. name, design, photo) has begun, cancellation or return is unfortunately not possible.
 

2. Exceptions to the right of return

A return or exchange is only possible in the following cases:
  • Defective or damaged products: If the delivered product MIf the goods have defects that were caused by us (e.g. production errors, transport damage), we ask you to contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Incorrect personalization: If the item is not personalized according to the details you provided, we will take responsibility and offer you a free repair or replacement.

3. Procedure in case of a defect

In such cases, please contact our customer service by email at [E-Mail-Adresse einfügen] and send us:
 
  • A description of the defect.
  • Photos of the affected product to document the damage or defect.
We will review your case as soon as possible and contact you within 5 working days to Lto find a solution.
 

4. General information

  • Please check your personalization details (e.g. spelling, colors, sizes) carefully before completing your order. Unfortunately, we cannot replace errors that are due to incorrect customer input.
  • Non-personalized products, if offered, are subject to the usual statutory cancellation and return rights.
